We currently ship orders to any UK address.
We are offering FREE SHIPMENT on orders over £30.00. On orders below £30.00 we charge £2.99 which is a small parcel with Royal Mail 48h service.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the courier company with a tracking link. The tracking links may not update immediately but the package is still on its way once it has left the warehouse.
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible, however during busy trading periods your package can take a little longer to reach you.
We aim to deliver to you within 3-5 working days.
Orders can occasionally be delivered on Saturdays, depending on the depot local to you.
- As soon as you have placed your order you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. When the order has shipped you will receive another email with your tracking number from Royal Mail.

We accept all major debit and credit cards for payments online including Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express.
Your order can be cancelled if you have not received an order confirmation email from us. To ensure that the order has been cancelled, please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you have cancelled your order so we can confirm the cancellation has gone through properly.
Your credit card will be charged once the order has been placed.
No, we do not currently offer e-gift cards for order fulfillment, however, this may change in the future.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thank you for buying a Cannuka product, we hope that you will be very happy with it. In case you have any concerns about the product, we want to make sure to solve it as quickly as possible; email email@example.com with your order number and you concern, and we will aim get back to you within 24h.
If you change your mind (within 30 days of your purchase) and would like to exchange your product to something else on the Cannuka CBD website, we are happy to do so if the product has not been opened.
